- Good financial management.
- A good social support from friends and family.
- Health, both physical and emotional.
- Acceptance of other family members personality and behavior.
What will help:
- Take responsibility for yourself and your family.
- Don't play the victim with purposeful intent.
- Don't deny the problem.
- Have concern for others, but also for yourself.
- Redefine the way you look at the problem/crisis.
- Turn to family, therapist, religion, etc for strength.
